What You Will Do

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.

- Resolve customer issues by providing timely and accurate information.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.

- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings.

- Assist in developing customer service protocols and procedures.
