    You can contact a vendor directly through the Beezi marketplace platform. Go to the vendor's profile and use the messaging feature to send them a message. You can also initiate a conversation from the page "Orders", and going to the specific order.
  • What if I have an issue with a booking or purchase?
    If you encounter any issues, contact Beezi Marketplace support through the "Contact" section on the website and mobile apps. Provide details of the problem, and our support team will assist you in resolving it.
  • Can I leave a review for a service or product?
    Yes, after completing a booking or receiving a product, you can leave a review on the vendor's profile. Your feedback helps other users make informed decisions and helps vendors improve their services.
  • Are my personal details and payment information secure?

  • What happens if a vendor cancels my booking?
